John F. Gallagher. Jr.,  57, of Pawtucket, RI passed away on Friday, June 23rd, 2023 in Providence, RI following a lengthy illness.  He was born August 28, 1965 in Glen Ridge, NJ to the late John and Lillian (Langlois) Gallagher.

He is survived by his sister, Coleen and her husband Dr Bruce Watrous; as well as, their 5 sons of Andover MA and a brother, Tom Gallagher of Lorton, VA.

John also leaves his long time partner, Korina Arruda and her son, Thomas Mellor Thorpe of Pawtucket, RI.

In addition, John is survived by a daughter, Crystal Bruen-Mathieu of Oakland, ME and a son, Matthew Pagliaro of Auburn, ME.

John is predeceased by his parents John Gallagher Sr. in 1983 and Lillian Gallagher in 2022. He is also predeceased by his sister, Kathleen Gallagher in 1984.

He spent most of his life in Pawtucket, RI

working as a laborer; but, had been disabled due to health issues for several years prior to his death.

Every life is meaningful. John will be missed by those who loved him. May he rest in God’s perfect peace.

Burial will be private.
