Beatrice B. Roberge,
97, of the St. Jeanne Jugan residence, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017. Formerly of Lincoln, she was the wife of the late Joseph Roberge.
Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Clara (Tetreault) Ferland.
She had been employed by Rowe Vending Company for 22 years prior to her retirement. Mrs. Roberge was a former member of the St. Matthew Church Choir, the Community Center Senior Chorus, Notre Dame Senior Citizens, and the Golden Agers of St. Matthew Parish.
She served as treasurer of Council 79 Union St. Jean Baptiste and volunteered at the Notre Dame Ambulatory Service and Auxiliary.
Mrs. Roberge is survived by her daughter Jacqueline Waldon and her husband Robert of Lincoln; granddaughter Lisa Steckert and her husband Carl of Lincoln; grandson Tech Sgt. Richard Waldon and his wife Akiko stationed in England; and great-granddaughters Samantha and Charlotte Steckert and Ria Waldon.
Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 8:45 am from the Lincoln Funeral Home, 1501 Lonsdale Ave., Lincoln followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Jude Church, 301 Front St., Lincoln. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Calling hours are Tuesday from 4-7 pm.
