Irene M. Wilcox, 79, of Cumberland, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2016.  Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Armand J. and Anna (Tynik) Cote.

Mrs. Wilcox was a graduate of the Class of 1958 of Bryant College, now Bryant University.

She is survived by her daughter Pamela Wilcox Costa and her husband Robert of Cumberland and her grandson Nicholas Costa.

A Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited will be celebrated on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 10:00 am in St. Joan of Arc Church, 3357 Mendon Road, Cumberland.  Burial will be private. Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
