Carol Ann Cassidy, 81, of Warwick, died Thursday, May 12th at Morgan Health Center. She was the wife of the late William J. Cassidy. Born is Providence, she was a daughter of the late Baker and Catherine (Ryan) Smith.

Mrs. Cassidy was a former member of Western Cranston Garden Club and St. Rose of Lima Church Choir and Rosary and Altar Society.

She is survived by her daughters, Maura A. Boragine and her husband Brian of Cumberland and Catherine F. Bernier and her husband Jeffrey of Adamsville, TN; Grandchildren, Benjamin Boragine, Anna-Christina Boragine, Brett Bernier, Anthony Boragine and Shawn Bernier and nieces and nephews.  She was the sister of the late John Smith and Florence Barnes.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday at 8:45 am from the Lincoln Funeral Home, 1501 Lonsdale Ave., Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Historic St. Joseph Church, 1303 Mendon Rd., Cumberland. Burial will be in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter, RI.  Calling hours are Monday from 4-7 pm.
