Ursula Ann (McCann) Tapley, 83, formerly of Mendon Road, Cumberland, died Friday, January 29, 2016 at the Ballou Home for the Aged, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late Ernest A. Tapley.  Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late George R. and Mary L. (Lavell) Mc Cann.

Mrs. Tapley is survived by her daughter, Mary-Katherine Dalton of Lincoln; her sons Timothy Tapley of Narragansett, Austin Tapley of Attleboro, MA and George Tapley of Smithfield; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  She was the sister of the late George McCann and Edward McCann.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 8:00 – 10:15 am at Lincoln Funeral Home, 1501 Lonsdale Ave., Lincoln followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 in St. Joseph Church, Mendon Rd., Cumberland.  Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Cumberland.
