Alfonsina A. Bacchiocchi

Alfonsina A. Bacchiocchi, 99, of Lincoln, died Saturday, December 27, 2014.  Born in Springfield, she was a daughter of the late Antonio and Anna (Minardi) Bacchiocchi.

Miss Bacchiocchi was employed as the head payroll clerk for McKenzie Walton Co. which was later called Lincoln Dimensional Tube, until her retirement in 1995.  She was a member of Lincoln Manor Tenants Assn., the Lincoln Senior Center, and was a communicant of St. Jude Parish.

She was a proficient seamstress and avid gardener.  Most importantly, she serves as a model of love and dedication to family. She made many sacrifices to assist ner beloved sister Norma and nephew Michael.

Miss Bacchiochi is survived by her nephew Michael Kind and his fiancé Yvette Ayotte; great nieces Andrea Creach and her husband Justin of N. Providence, Jacqueline Woolfolk and her husband Howard of Cranston and her great nephew Steven Kind of Warwick.  She was the sister of the late Norma F. Bacchiocchi Kind.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at10:00 am on Friday, January 9, 2015 in St. Jude Church, 301 Front St. Lincoln.  A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2015 from 4-7 pm at Lincoln Funeral Home, 1501 Lonsdale Ave. Lincoln.
