Mary Santos, 98, of Lincoln, died Sunday. She was the wife of the late Joseph Santos. Born in Portugal, she was a daughter of the late Manuel and Barbara (Rebello) Rodrigues.

In her earlier years Mary was employed as a weaver for various textile mills within the Blackstone Valley area. Her family, especially her grandchildren, were the center of her life. She also enjoyed cooking and gardening.

Her loving children Joseph and his wife Dianne Santos of Cumberland and Theresa Szachta of Warren, MI; 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren survive her.

She was the mother-in-law of the late Anthony Szachta and the sister of the late Jack Rebello, Mario Rodrigues, Americo Rodgrigues, Hilda Guildeau, Berthalina Cosme and Adeline Lavoie.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday at 10:00 am at Lincoln Funeral Home, 1501 Lonsdale Ave., Lincoln. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery, Pawtucket. Calling hours are Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00pm.
