Eugene J. Picard, Jr., 57, formerly of Cumberland, died October 9th. Born in Pawtucket, he was the beloved son of the late Eugene J. Picard and Teresa J. (Carpenter) Picard Bozzo.

Mr. Picard was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his sisters Cynthia M. Colannino of Three Rivers, MA and Deborah A. Connors of Warwick, his brother Robert J. Picard and his wife Kimberly of Johnston, nieces Meaghan E. Colannino, Abigail L. Gilbert, Lauryn T. Picard and Brooke E. Picard.

Committal Prayers and Military Honors will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am at RI Veterans Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter, RI.
