Lucien M. LaRiviere, 90, of Lincoln passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 14, 2012 surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Yvette L. (Thibaudeau) LaRiviere. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Lucien and Estelle Olivier. Lucien lived a full life always surrounded by his loving family.

He was the owner/operator of Belle Bridal Shop in Pawtucket for over fifty years. He was an avid rare coin and medal collector. He graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design and shortly thereafter received a commission in the US Navy where he served aboard various ships in the Pacific Fleet.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving children Yvette Hoagland and her husband Donald, Lucien, Mark and his wife Jacquelyn, Eric and Carol, Kenneth and his wife Anne Marie, Jeffrey and his wife Merric. Lucien was the grandfather of fourteen and the great-grandfather of three.

Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 18th in St. Jude's Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln. Burial will be at Swan Point Cemetery, Blackstone Blvd, Providence. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
