Aurelia R. "Cookie" Bousquet,
87, died Tuesday at Grandview Center. She was the wife of the late Joseph E. Bousquet. Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late John H. and Rosalie (Dumais) Clang.
Cookie had been employed as a brass bobbin winder for the former Central Lace Co. She later worked for American Textile and B &D Yarn Co. until her retirement in 1977.
She leaves behind her son Ronald W. and his wife Estelle Bousquet of Durham, NC; her sister Joan E. and her husband Harold Duffy of Lincoln; her grandsons Andrew and Thomas Bousquet; her nieces Christine and Colleen and her nephews Brian and Keith.
Her funeral will be held on Monday at 8:45 am from the Lincoln Funeral Home, 1501 Lonsdale Avenue, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Jude Church, Front Street, Lincoln. Burial will be in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Calling hours are Sunday from 3-6 pm.
