Donna J. Cookson, 60, of Woonsocket, died Tuesday at Charlton Memorial Hospital, Fall River. She was the wife of Lyle R. Cookson.

Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Evelyn (Girard) Pelletier.

Mrs. Cookson is survived by her daughters Lisa M. Forget of Woonsocket and April Almeida of Providence, her sons Keith H. Forget and Brian R. Forget both of E. Providence, her sisters Sandra Towle, Gail Dancause, and Christine Malouin of Cumberland, her brother Kenneth Pelletier of Cumberland, 7 grandchilden, 2 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be held on Friday at 8:30 am from the Lincoln Funeral Home, 1501 Lonsdale Ave., Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in the Cathedral of SS. Peter and Paul, Cathedral Square, Providence. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bristol. Calling hours are Thursday from 4-8 pm.
