Joshua S. Fothergill, 21, of Cumberland, died Wednesday. Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of William Fothergill of Manville and the late Melissa Ann (Santos) Fothergill.

He was a 2008 graduate of Cumberland High School. He loved many activities such as playing baseball, boating with his family, and spending time with many friends.

He is also survived by his paternal grandparents John and Maitland Fothergill of Cumberland, maternal grandparents Joseph and Dianne Santos of Cumberland and maternal great-grandmother Mary Santos of Smithfield, his brother Alexander Torres of Woonsocket and his sister Megan Fothergill of Blackstone, MA. His uncles Michael, John, and Bart Fothergill, Joseph and Jay Santos. And Joseph Trudeau. Aunts Barbara Trudeau, Theresa Szatcha, and Dottie Fothergill. Cousins Emily and Madyson Trudeau, and Mason Santos.

His funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 am at Lincoln Funeral Home, 1501 Lonsdale Avenue, Lincoln. Burial will be in Diamond Hill Cemetery, Cumberland. Calling hours are Monday from 5-8 pm.
