Yvonne I. Turenne, 92, of Central Falls, died November 4, 2011 at Grandview Center, Cumberland. She was the wife of the late Francis I. Turenne. Born in Attleboro, MA, she was a daughter of the late Joseph N. and Rose (Ducharme) Brodeur.

Mrs. Turenne had been employed as a jewelry worker for Sweet Manufacturing Co. for 21 years, retiring in 1979. She had also been employed by General Finding of Attleboro for 10 years. She had been a member of St. Aidan's Seniors, Central Falls YMCA Seniors and Wilfred Manor Tenants Assn.

She is survived by her sisters Exilia Stubler of Attleboro, MA, Lea Gelinas of Portsmouth, NH, Dora Poissant of Attleboro, MA, Rita Brouillette of North Carolina and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Joseph, Ernest, Edward, and Emile Brodeur, Rose Lillian Rogers, Loretta Belair, and Eva Lyman.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 3rd at 10:00 am in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Coyle Drive, Seekonk, MA. Burial will be in St. Stephen's Cemetery, Attleboro, MA.
