Elsie M. Andrew, 97, of Cumberland, died Monday, February 28th, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Melvin Andrew and a daughter of the late Capt. Reuben and Martha (Gardiner) Garlick.

She had been a Cumberland resident over 40 years. Elsie loved cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her sons, David of Cumberland and Frederick of Largo, FL; sisters Barbara McFee of Wakefield and Ruth Baker of Newport; grandchildren Scott of Plainville, Tim and Mark Andrew of Lincoln and Stephanie Schwartz of Trinity, FL and 4 great-grandchildren.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday at 10:00 am at Lincoln Funeral Home, 1501 Lonsdale Avenue, Lincoln. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Pawtucket. Calling hours are Thursday evening from 5-7 pm.
