Walter M. Setera, 80, of Lincoln, died Tuesday at Miriam Hospital, Providence. He was the husband of Sandra N. (Lane) Setera. They had been married 40 years.

Born in Lincoln, he was a son of the late Michal and Katherine (Machnik) Setera.

He is also survived by his daughters Kristen M. Setera of Lincoln, Keri A. Koziol and her husband Ronald of Cumberland, his brother Matthew A. Setera of Cumberland, his sisters Stacia Minior of CT, Sophie Rutkowski of Lincoln, and Adele Swiatkowski of CA. Also by his grandchildren Cameron and Kailyn and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Jan and Walter Setera and Genevieve Meistrell.

His funeral will be held on Saturday at 9:30 am from the Lincoln Funeral Home, 1501 Lonsdale Avenue, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in Historic St. Joseph Church, Mendon Road, Cumberland. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Curran Road, Cumberland. Calling hours are Friday from 4-8 pm.
